GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MutualVET

DOG KING SERVICE, S.L.U, with Tax ID (CIF) B-64853385, headquartered at Avd. Roquetes, 41-43, Local 2 y 4, 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), (“DOGKING”) and the client (the “Client”) who subscribes DOGKING MUTUALVET (“MutualVET”) agree to the following terms:

1 MutualVET subscription and conditions of use.

1.1.- Subscribing MutualVET entitles you to the benefits detailed in these terms (the “Benefits”). MutualVET is linked to a single dog. If you own several dogs and wish to enjoy the Benefits of MutualVET with all of them, you must subscribe one MutualVET per animal.
Subscription of MutualVET implies acceptance of these terms.

1.2.- To enjoy the Benefits of MutualVET, the dog must carry a fully readable microchip. If the dog has no microchip or it is damaged, a new chip must be inserted in order to use MutualVET. Beforehand, DOGKING must X-ray the dog to check whether there is a microchip and whether it is damaged, in order to insert it on the opposite side of the neck (X-ray and chip insertion costs at the client's expense).

1.3.- The information provided in the registration form completed by the Client when subscribing MutualVET must be accurate, up to date and contain no false data or information, regarding both the Client and their dog. DOGKING may terminate the contract early if the data or information provided by the Client about the dog is inaccurate, not up to date or false, without this early termination generating any right in favour of the Client.

1.4.- Without limiting the foregoing, DOGKING reserves the right to carry out a detailed check of the dog's state of health within 15 days of MutualVET being subscribed.

1.5.- To use and enjoy the Benefits, it is essential that the Client has paid all MutualVET instalments. If any instalments are outstanding, the Client may pay them on the same day of the visit in order to continue enjoying the advantages of MutualVET.

1.6.- DOGKING reserves the right to amend these general terms, including the rules of use of MutualVET and the Benefits included. To this end, it will notify Clients of such amendments sufficiently in advance so that, in the case of substantial amendments, any Client who disagrees with them may request, within ten (10) days, termination of the contract and, where applicable, a refund of the proportional part of the price, unless the annual canine Leishmaniasis or Heartworm vaccine has already been administered that year.
